The Agile method
The agile project management method is an interactive and adaptive approach that promotes collaboration, flexibility, and the continuous delivery of value. It is based on the «Manifeste Agile», which values individuals and their interactions, working software, collaboration with the client, and adaptation to change. The method breaks projects into short cycles called «sprints”, allowing for continuous improvement through frequent feedback. Examples of agile methods include Scrum and Kanban.
